05/04/10 - Chuck Fest!

The whole Piatt County ARES group got together at 3 Ravens to award Chuck Morris a plaque for his support and promotion of ham radio in Piatt County. Chuck is retiring from his position as Piatt County EMA Director. 

Chuck incorporated Piatt County ARES into EMA exercises, events and storm spotting. He wrote several grants to fully equip Piatt County EOC with a complete ham station. His years of service are certainly appreciated.
